This evening service of prayer and song will feature music from Mozart’s Salzburg period scored for orchestra, choir and soloists. The texts of the Psalms and Magnificat achieve new levels of glory and intensity in Mozart’s masterful musical
settings. Amanda Page Smith, a child of Nassau and now a professional musician in NYC will be our soprano soloist. Melissa Fajardo, Kenneth Ellerbee, and William Walker will complete the quartet of soloists. The Adult Choir will
be joined by a chamber orchestra of strings, trumpets, and timpani. This concert is made possible through the Thompson Fund and the generosity of the McClure family.
